Refunds may be issued for services not rendered, services significantly below agreed standards, or cancellations made with appropriate notice. Each case is evaluated individually.
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours with details of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service, customer unavailability preventing service delivery, or refusal to allow service personnel access to premises.
If you're dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to Trading Standards or seek independent mediation.
